With the system Alino from DELTA3, assembly, packaging or testing steps can be clearly structured and visualised in a comprehensible way - wherever processes are complex or varied, new employees are being trained or process reliability is required.

STOROJET | Automatic Small Parts Warehouse

STOROJET is a fully automatic small parts warehouse of our own German manufacture. The system offers even small and medium-sized companies a cost-effective entry into automation from a basic area of 100 m². Storage towers up to 12 metres high make optimal use of the available room height.

A crucial feature is the flexibility of the goods carriers. With a fixed width of 50 cm and variable lengths between 50 and 90 cm, the superstructure can be custom-designed by the customer and precisely adapted to the respective range of stored goods. The level spacing within the towers can be variably adjusted to the height of these superstructures. This combination allows the most diverse article formats to be bundled in an extremely space-saving manner within a system.

Small storage robots take over the transport, reaching all levels via lifts. A system availability of 99.95 % and support from Pick-by-Light guarantee high picking performance with a minimal error rate. Thanks to easy integration and intuitive operation, the training effort for employees remains low.

NeoLog's modular workplace systems complement STOROJET at the order-picking stations into an ergonomic and highly efficient overall solution. Due to the consistent system design, the plant can be expanded at any time according to requirements without interrupting ongoing operations.
