For NeoLog, international cooperation means more than digital meetings and traditional sales discussions. That's why our international partners from Slovakia and Romania recently visited us directly at NeoLog Headquarter in Landshut.
Present were:
- Tibor Seibel with the MPL Automation team (Romania)
- Elvíra Nagy with the team from DUALTECH s. r. o. (Slovakia)
Together with Markus Brandl and Carsten Brilka from NeoLog, our partners have thoroughly familiarised themselves with our systems, solutions, and processes – from the fundamentals of pipe clamp systems to concrete practical applications.
It was deliberately not confined to theory. A central component of the joint training was practical work directly on the assembly line. Things were built, adapted, tested, and discussed together. This direct exchange at the system is particularly important for NeoLog because it reveals many details that are crucial in real customer projects later on.
Among other things, the focus was on:
- Modular workstation systems
- Material flow and provision solutions
- Practical application of NeoLog pipe clamping systems
- Assembly processes and system understanding
- concrete requirements from real customer projects
- Fundamentals of Loads, Design, and Construction
The training content was based on the NeoLog fundamentals for the Logiform and Tetriform product systems. Topics covered included products, construction guidelines, load calculations, interface dimension calculations, and safety-related fundamentals for planning, construction, and assembly. The materials were created by Markus Brandl, Sales Engineering Team Leader at NeoLog.
For NeoLog, this is precisely an important part of international cooperation: sharing knowledge directly, jointly developing solutions further, and creating a common understanding of processes and applications.
NeoLog's international sales structure has been specifically expanded in recent months. With partners such as MPL Automation in Romania, DUALTECH in Slovakia, and ODAN in Switzerland, NeoLog is strengthening its presence in key European markets while simultaneously providing closer technical support on site.
This is deliberately not just about the sale of individual products. The aim of the collaboration is to support customer projects together – from the initial idea to concrete implementation in everyday life. Particularly with modular workplace and intralogistics solutions, a shared technical understanding is crucial in order to implement processes sensibly, flexibly, and practically.
Another element of collaboration is support during planning and construction. If desired, NeoLog also provides CAD libraries for this purpose, allowing systems and solutions to be directly integrated into the respective customer's planning. Furthermore, NeoLog offers product training and technical instruction not only for partner companies but also for customers.
By hosting international partners in Landshut, NeoLog is consistently continuing on its chosen path: practical collaboration, direct technical exchange, and joint solutions – close to the real requirements of customers.
