360Mover

360Mover - tugger train solution for flexible material flow

The 360Mover is tailored to situations where safe material transport is required in confined spaces. Compact, manoeuvrable and powerful - it moves payloads of up to 1,500 kg, travels up to 35 km per day and can be controlled intuitively. No extensive training necessary, no forklift licence required.

Thanks to its manoeuvrability, the 360Mover is particularly suitable for narrow paths, short radii and routes with high changeover volumes. It can be used as a platform truck or trailer and can be flexibly integrated into tugger trains and logistics processes.

Key features

Compact dimensions - Ideal for narrow passages, narrow aisles and restricted turning areas
Up to 1,500 kg pulling force - Suitable for heavy loads, even over long distances or on inclines up to 5 %
Intuitive operation - Ergonomic control panel, quick to learn, no forklift licence required
No forklift licence required - Speed under 5.95 km/h, can also be driven on pavements
Powerful battery technology - 60 Ah for daily ranges of up to 35 km, robust batteries with up to 1,500 charging cycles
Powerful drive unit - Two brushless three-phase hub motors with up to 600 W, low-maintenance and designed for continuous use
Maximum compatibility - Can be combined with standard tugger train components, couplings, drawbars and load carriers
Flexible in use - Can also be used for small units or supply trains without a tractor unit - ideal for decentralised supply solutions
Future-proof & low-maintenance - Drive, control and power supply designed for daily industrial use

How your project works with us

Within 24 hours After your enquiry, we will contact you personally to arrange an appointment to discuss your requirements.

1. analysis & design

Within 10 working days of our meeting, our design engineers will create an initial, customised design. We take into account your requirements, processes, goals and possible development steps for the future - precisely, realistically and solution-orientated.

2nd design presentation (live via Microsoft Teams)

As soon as the draft is ready, we will present it to you in an online meeting. This gives you the opportunity to contribute your comments, feedback and questions directly. We will discuss possible adjustments together - openly, constructively and directly on the digital model.

3. finalisation & approval of the design

Your feedback flows directly into the revision process. In this way, we ensure that we end up with a design that exactly meets your expectations. As soon as you are satisfied, you approve the draft, which now forms the binding basis for the offer and realisation.

4. preparation of the offer

You then receive a transparent, detailed and comprehensible quotation - with clear specifications, binding prices and fixed delivery times. In this way, we guarantee full planning security for your project.

5. order & production release

We start production planning immediately after you place your order. Material procurement, internal processes and final scheduling are clearly coordinated so that everything runs smoothly and on time.

6. production & delivery

Your solution is manufactured precisely - according to your specifications, whether pre-assembled or as an easy-to-assemble kit. We take care of secure packaging and reliable delivery directly to your site - on time and precisely tailored to your processes on site.

7. customer service & after-sales support

We remain your reliable point of contact even after the project has been completed. Whether you have questions, small adjustments, extensions or follow-up projects - we are available, personal and service-orientated.
