Physical strain such as back pain is a common challenge in logistics. Ergonomic workplace solutions help to reduce this strain and make processes more efficient. The renowned trade magazine "The safety officer" reports in its current issue about an exciting project of our long-standing customer Loxxess. The aim was to create ergonomic workstations that not only increase efficiency, but also promote the health of employees in the long term.
With our Logiform pipe clamping system we could Loxxess in realising flexible and customisable solutions that can be perfectly adapted to the requirements of e-commerce logistics.

As part of the project for a leading drugstore retailer, Loxxess optimised workstations that focus on both efficiency and ergonomics. The aim was to design packing stations and material flow in such a way that employees are relieved and productivity is increased at the same time.
The following requirements took centre stage:
- AdaptabilityWorkstations that can be adapted to different requirements and changing tasks.
- Ergonomic designWorking heights and processes that reduce strain and improve movement sequences.
- FlexibilitySolutions that can be quickly and easily extended or remodelled.
The contribution from NeoLog
With our Logiform pipe clamping system we were able to support Loxxess in realising these goals. The advantages of our system lie in its versatility and modularity, which can be customised to meet specific requirements:
- Ergonomic height adjustmentOur flexible systems allow you to set the ideal working height to avoid back pain and poor posture.
- Simple integrationAccessories such as scanner holders, intermediate levels or lighting can be seamlessly integrated into the workplace design.
- Sustainability and longevityThe robust workmanship of our system ensures a long service life - even in demanding environments.
Today, ergonomic workstations are a decisive factor for the health of employees and the efficiency of processes. Projects like this show how well thought-out solutions and close collaboration with companies can create real added value.
