At the start of 2026, NeoLog is expanding its international presence and strengthening its customer relationships in Switzerland. In future, the company will be represented there exclusively by ODAN GmbH, based in Mönchaltorf (ZH).
The new partnership was sealed during a personal exchange between the business and sales managers of both companies. For NeoLog, Carsten Brilka, Head of Sales & Sales Technology (pictured left), is overseeing the expansion of the international sales structure. On the ODAN GmbH side, CEO & Co-Founder Odin Peter (pictured centre) and Yanick Peter, Head of Profile & Tube Technology (pictured right), are responsible for operational implementation in the Swiss market.
Regional anchoring as a strategic step
With this cooperation, NeoLog is consistently continuing its internationalisation. In future, projects will be accompanied even closer to the respective market and technical coordination will be realised directly on site with the customer.
In Switzerland, ODAN GmbH analyses existing material flows and workplace structures, carries out technical coordination and supports modular intralogistics and workplace projects. In addition, storage capacities are available within Switzerland to enable deliveries at short notice.
„Complex intralogistics projects require proximity to the customer and clear structures - this is exactly what we achieve with ODAN in Switzerland,“ emphasises Carsten Brilka, Head of Sales & Sales Technology at NeoLog.
Odin Peter also sees the collaboration as a logical step: „NeoLog's modular systems complement our portfolio both technically and strategically. Together, we can support companies in Switzerland in the long-term development of their material flows.“
Customised, modular system solutions
NeoLog develops individually planned, modular intralogistics and workplace solutions for production, assembly, packaging and shipping. The portfolio includes ergonomic and ESD-compliant workstation systems, shelving and flow structures as well as material flow-orientated concepts based on lean principles.
The focus here is on the consistent orientation towards real processes and value streams for the realisation of customer-specific solutions.
International development with perspective
The partnership with ODAN is part of a long-term growth strategy. NeoLog is also preparing comparable partner structures in other countries in order to gradually expand its international presence and combine regional expertise with modular system technology.
The new structure in Switzerland is therefore a logical step within a structured international development programme.
